My practice is deeply rooted in observation of unnoticed gestures and everyday elements within the domestic space. Support, fragility, flux alongside DIY culture are all recurring context for the development of my practice.
Remaining staples, tape. Everyday residues, acting as modern-day cave paintings. This cycle of impact between human presence, action and time is something I explore. Drawing my interest to the rawness of these materials and furthering a spatial poetry within the domicile. Noting the links and differences between domestic and residential. Domestic referring to the household life within these structures. Focusing on family or individual relation.
